My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as “Delivered” up to 24 hours before they arrive.

If you still don’t see your order:

1.  Check with neighbors or your building office.
2. Wait 24 hours.
3. Contact us — we’ll help file a lost package claim or send a replacement.
